Return and Exchange Policy

•Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

•Food or health products that have been opened or used.

•Products whose expiry date has passed after receipt.


3. Return Procedure

•Upon approval, return instructions will be provided.


4. Refunds

•Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

•Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrectly shipped by us.


5. Exchanges

•Exchanges will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

•Customers are responsible for shipping fees for exchanges unless the error was from our side.
